Bokers in your nose, stuff in your eyes, bug bites, acne, i hope that is enough to make u want to keep yourself clean. Clean %26amp; Clear.
a very dirty face. lol. Well, really, if you don't clean your face at least twice daily then you will end up with a lot of dead skin cells, dirt and oils building up on your face and filling your pores. This leads to acne and extremely dull looking skin.

you might get pimples or zits or however you might call it
Why, are you considering going without washing or something? Well, you would get oily skin, pimples, you would look ugly and girls/women would not want to be seen with you. The worst that could result from this is being single for the rest of your life becasuse your too lazy to wash and you would be too ugly to look in the mirror without cringing.
the worst - acne, dry skin, black and white heads - you name it, you'll probably get it!
lol.. Veryyy dirty skin.. pimples break out... dryness.. you will get crusty.. after a while.. maybe oily depending on your skin.. it will become very hard like sand paper.. which is such a turn OFF.. so wash it.lol..
