it is an astringent, it drys you face for you. you dont wash your face with it, but use it like you use a toner ^_^Do you wash your face with this?
It's a toner. It balances the pH of your skin after washing your face. You apply it with a cotton ball and leave it on there.
It looks like a topical something that you'd apply and leave on.
