Its not really a wash, it's a mask. I use any of the 2 face masks by Queen Helene. It's natural, with mint and mud, and it helps dry up pimples and reduce redness. It smells minty too! Hope this helps!Does any one know of any organic face washes that help acne?
A very mild solution of tea tree oil in water should help, but it might be best to consult a naturopath for an organic, herbal solution. Do you have alternative practitioners in your area?
