i mean.. does it really cause eye impairment if you wet your eyes wild cold water after lets say, 7 hours of spending time in the computer?Is this really bad for your eyes? washing your face after hours of computer?

That's news to me. However, I find the LCD screens much easier on the eyes that the old CRT monitors.

I don't think so, but it IS bad for your eyes to stay that long on the computer.... you need to stay away from the computer for such long hours and give your eyes a much needed rest.
