I work out alot and sweat alot how can i prevent my face from breaking out?(i wash my face as soon as i'm done

If you are wearing any make up when you are working out, be sure to wash it out cause some make up can clog pores. Also, it's good that you wash your face but you need to use cleansers (if you do, good). I mostly use Clean and Clear cleansers and etc. and it works really well. I don't really get breakouts or pimples or zits or whatever lol. Also, be sure to keep a daily routine. If you want tips on how to properly wash your face, here:

Step One: So Fresh and So Clean

Everyone's skin is different, so you might have to try out a lot of different products until you find the one for you. Most skin types will require daily washings, some even two times a day, those with really dry or sensitive skin may get away with less frequent washings. Washing gets rid of impurities such as make-up or even random dirt, and keep your complexion fresh.

Step Two: Soap It Up

The soap/face wash you use will be what determines your skin's outcome. Make sure you look at the labels and check what skin type it's recommended for. When applying it to your face, make sure your skin is damp first, if not splash some water on it. Then use a nickel sized amount of product and rub it in your hands, mixing in a small amount of water to create lather. Then apply the soapy lather to your face, keeping away from the eye area!

Step Three: Rinse Away

Don't let the soap sit on your face, immediately rinse it away. Use warm tap water and gently splash it on your face. Make sure you get the entire soapy residue and keep rinsing until the soap is gone. Try not to use water that is too hot, this will only irritate your skin and cause blotchiness.

Step Four: Towel Time

You would think drying your skin would be as simple as rubbing a towel on your face, but here are some things to note! Rubbing your face with a towel actually can irritate the skin and cause blotchiness or dry patches. So instead, pat your face dry, just use a regular towel and pat your face gently with it. If you have dry skin you might skip this step all together and just add moisturizer, adding moisturizer to damp skin actually helps seal in moisture.I work out alot and sweat alot how can i prevent my face from breaking out?(i wash my face as soon as i'm done
hi wash your face well in the shower then either buy a pore gel to close them up or apply cold water then let your pores have 2 mins to fully close before going outside,if you suffer from any skin conditions i.e dry oily then aply the apropriate moisturiser once your home i would wash your face in hot then cold again just till your face clears then stick to it once try to keep your face fresh whilst working out by having a damp towel with you.I work out alot and sweat alot how can i prevent my face from breaking out?(i wash my face as soon as i'm done
use clearasil.. i love that thing..it works soo good for pimplesssss...
Carry paper towels with you and PAT dry your face as you start to sweat (paper absorbs water and grease very well). A shower is always good after a work out and just as your done, change the water to cold and splash some on your face, this closes your pores and ensures that no dirt will get in your open pores. Moisturiser is optional and as needed.
Make sure that you wash BEFORE working out as well...makeup will clog pores. Also, if you have bangs, put them back in a headband while working out.
