usually natural face washes will have things in then like vitamin E oil, tea tree oil, glycerin, and things like that. Products from Clean%26amp;Clear and Neutrogena and companies like that will have lots of chemicals in them. Well i don't know anything about the difference or anything but i use St Ives Apricot scrub
if you have sensitive skin it wont irritate it and give you a rash and it works really well and leaves your skin with a nice scent too
